In front of our home is a little gravel patch, with a couple of ramshackle bushes and a handful of green leaves. I had wrongly assumed the leaves were weeds, but it turns out they are bluebells which have started to flower... what a lovely surprise to find such pretty flowers growing on our doorstep!

DeleteLovely! I do love a bluebell, we have the odd one here and there in our front garden which is a bit of a cottage garden pot luck at this time of year, yours are very pretty!
